Kronos Support Engineer / WIM Developer (Workforce Integration Manager)

Company is?looking for a?Kronos Workforce Central Suite SME/Developer?who will able to develop new interfaces using Kronos WIM (Workforce Integration Manager), lead complex development projects and provide day to day support. Development and support responsibilities include database and table maintenance, application maintenance and upgrades, licenses, and platform maintenance and upgrades. Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and other related documentation. Develop and execute test scripts as part of regression testing. Deploy application changes in a timely & quality manner. Lead implementation and maintenance activities for the application areas assigned.
Engage and support HRIS Applications team leads and stakeholders in the design of current and future data interface capabilities to support all aspects related to Kronos data integration operations across key organization. Troubleshoot and administer the Kronos data interfacing capabilities, support end-users with process or data related system issues, and act as a technical lead for all system and data interface components; provide management support for enhancement projects and initiatives; interface and collaborate with HR Payroll Systems (HRPS) and other resources in managing technical and vendor components based on ownership.
To thrive in this position, you should be able to extend functionality and build data integration interfaces to 3rd party applications. Experience building and deploying interface code components within Krono Cloud platform. You will work closely with business and technology?stakeholders?to ensure that critical projects are successfully driven to completion.
Areas of focus include architecture, scripts, workflows, performance optimization,?database development, SQL, stored procedures, integration and enhancement and troubleshooting within the Kronos version 8.X platform integrated products.?
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field
3-5 years of experience in implementing and configuring Kronos Workforce Central Suite version 7.0/8.X versions and higher.
3-5 years of experience in designing and creating complex and advanced integration applications using WIM and WFC.
3-5 years of experience in designing, building, and implementing business solutions using Kronos Platform and SQL Database
3-5 years of experience configuring & supporting Kronos
Excellent client interaction and communication skills are needed.
Willing to travel to customer’s location as needed.
5-7 years of experience configuring & supporting Kronos
1-3 years of experience in Healthcare or health insurance
1-3 years of experience with Kronos Workforce Analytics
Work in fairly complex technology environments requiring a multi-product solution, as well as product integration of solutions
