How do I get started working with you? And what is your process?
Our process is quick, thorough and efficient.

  • First and foremost you need to submit your Resume online and be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Within 48 hours a Talent Director will contact you to schedule a phone interview.
  • The Phone Interview: During the phone interview we will discuss your career goals, work and technical experience, as well as availability.
  • The In-Depth Skills Evaluation: Our Human Resource professionals are trained to evaluate your educational background, technical credentials, and professional experience.
  • In Person Interview (as required)
  • Reference Check:  All candidates are required to pass a qualified reference check prior to meeting any customers.
  • After our thorough evaluation, you are entered into our Candidate Database accessible to our Talent Directors who will look to place you in a position as quickly as possible.
  • A Talent Director will contact you to discuss potential opportunities and prepare you for your interview. After the interview, your Talent Director will debrief you and provide client feedback. 
  • Some clients require Government and Security Clearance as well as a Drug Screening of their employees. This process would be completed with the appropriate candidates.

Is there a fee for your services?
All fees are paid for by our clients.

What do I bring to an interview?
Please bring your resume, at least 2 references and a current performance review (if available).
